1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1158
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1158, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 3, line 15, by inserting after "public." the
5 following:
6 "Based on the submission, the Joint Committee on
7 Administrative Rules shall prepare a second notice text of
8 the rulemaking that includes the text as originally proposed
9 with any modifications made by the agency during the first
10 notice period, and shall submit it, along with a notice page
11 prepared by the agency that indicates the changes made since
12 the beginning of the first notice period, for publication in
13 the Illinois Register."; and
14 on page 3, by replacing lines 28 through 31 with the
15 following:
16 "to subsequent extensions not to exceed an additional 60 days
17 each. The written notice to the Joint Committee shall include
18 (i) the text and location"; and
19 on page 4, line 26, by inserting "and Section 5-70" after
20 "5-65".
