1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1121
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1121, on page 1,
3 line 5, by inserting "is amended" after "1961"; and
4 on page 1, line 24, by replacing "a peace officer, and" with
5 "a peace officer,"; and
6 on page 1, line 26, by inserting after "minor" the following:
7 "and, at the merchant's discretion, a peace officer,".
