2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1025 on page 11,
3 lines 24 and 25, by replacing "April 1984 or July 1985," with
4 "December 1983, April 1984, or July 1985, or December 1989,";
5 and
6 on page 11, line 29, before "or" by inserting "or if the
7 ordinance was adopted on October 5, 1982 by the City of
8 Kankakee,"; and
9 on page 24, line 7, by replacing "April, 1984, July, 1985,"
10 with "December 1983, April, 1984, July, 1985, December
11 1989,"; and
12 on page 24, line 11, before "or" by inserting "or if the
13 ordinance was adopted on October 5, 1982 by the City of
14 Kankakee,".
