1 AN ACT to amend the Election Code by changing Section
2 9-1.12.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing
6 Section 9-1.12 as follows:
7 (10 ILCS 5/9-1.12) (from Ch. 46, par. 9-1.12)
8 Sec. 9-1.12. Anything of value includes all things,
9 services, or goods, regardless of whether they may be valued
10 in monetary terms according to ascertainable market value.
11 Anything of value which does not have an ascertainable market
12 value shall must be reported by describing the thing,
13 services, or goods contributed and by using the contributor's
14 certified market value required under Section 9-6.
