1 AN ACT to Amend the Minimum Wage Law by changing Section

3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
6 Section 1 as follows:
7 (820 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 1001)
8 Sec. 1. This Act is known and may be cited as the
9 "Living Minimum Wage Law".

11 Section 99. This Act shall take effect upon becoming
