1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 823
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 823 on page 5, by
3 replacing line 21 with the following:
4 "(9) For purposes of this Section:,
5 "Nursery schools""; and
6 on page 5, immediately below line 24, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "Conscientiously held belief" means a deeply held moral
9 sense of right and wrong used as the guide to making a
10 decision or taking an action."; and
11 on page 7, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
12 following:
13 "(c) In this Section, "conscientiously held belief"
14 means a deeply held moral sense of right and wrong used as
15 the guide to making a decision or taking an action.".
