1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Historic Preservation Agency for all costs
7 associated with construction and reconstruction,
8 rehabilitation, various administration expenses and any other
9 costs associated with the Historic Pullman Administration
10 Building, Clock Tower and associated Factory Buildings.
11 Section 5. Effective date. This Act becomes effective
12 on July 1, 1999.
