1 AN ACT regarding appropriations
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State
7 University to construct a Convocation Center at Chicago State
8 University, including planning, construction, equipment,
9 parking construction costs and any other such expenses as may
10 be necessary to complete the facility.
11 Section 5. Effective Date. This Act becomes effective
12 on July 1, 1999.
