1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University to
7 construct a Convocation Center at Chicago State University,
8 including planning, construction, equipment, parking
9 construction costs and any other such expenses as may be
10 necessary to complete the facility.
11 Section 5. Effective date. This Act becomes effective
12 on July 1, 1999.
