1 AN ACT to amend the University of Illinois Trustees Act
2 by adding Section 3.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The University of Illinois Trustees Act is
6 amended by adding Section 3.5 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 310/3.5 new)
8 Sec. 3.5. For one year after a person is no longer a
9 member of the Board of Trustees, the person may not enter
10 into a contract with the University of Illinois or be
11 employed by the University of Illinois.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
