3 line 27, after "Airport," by inserting "or if the ordinance
4 was adopted before January 1, 1987 by a municipality in Mason
5 County,"; and
6 on page 12, by deleting lines 5 through 15; and
7 on page 24, line 18, after "Airport," by inserting "or if the
8 ordinance was adopted before January 1, 1987 by a
9 municipality in Mason County,"; and
10 on page 24, by replacing lines 28 through 34 with "2013,
11 whichever date occurs first."; and
12 on page 25, by deleting lines 1 through 4.
