 1                         HOUSE RESOLUTION 1
 2                       FOURTH SPECIAL SESSION

 3        RESOLVED, That the Rules of the House of  Representatives
 4    of  the Ninety First General Assembly be adopted as the Rules
 5    of this Fourth Special Session, so far as  the  same  may  be
 6    applicable,   and   that  the  Committees  of  the  House  of
 7    Representatives  of  the  Ninety  First   General   Assembly,
 8    including  the  House  Journal  Review  Committee  and  their
 9    membership,  shall  constitute  the  Committees  of the House
10    during this Fourth Special Session.
