1 AN ACT concerning the Illinois International Port
2 District.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois International Port District Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 1810/1) (from Ch. 19, par. 152)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Illinois International Port District Act."
