91_HB4562eng HB4562 Engrossed LRB9112857NTtm 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as 5 may be necessary, are appropriated to the Teachers' 6 Retirement System of the State of Illinois for the State's 7 Contribution, as provided by law: 8 Payable from the General Revenue Fund ..... $ 617,977,000 9 Payable from the Common School Fund ....... 44,200,000 10 (Total, this Section, $662,177,000) 11 Section 10. The amount of $42,050,000, or so much 12 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 13 Revenue Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of the State 14 of Illinois for transfer into the Teachers' Health Insurance 15 Security Fund as the State's Contribution for teachers' 16 health benefits. 17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 18 1, 2000.
