 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4                              ARTICLE 1

 5        Section 1.  The following named sums, or so much  thereof
 6    as  may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the
 7    General  Revenue  Fund  to  the  Guardianship  and   Advocacy
 8    Commission for the purposes hereinafter named:
 9      For Personal Services......................... $  5,775,900
10      For Employee Retirement Contributions
11       Paid by Employer.............................      231,000
12      For State Contributions to the State
13      Employees' Retirement System .................      589,100
14      For State Contributions to
15       Social Security..............................      441,900
16      For Contractual Services......................      394,800
17      For Travel....................................      220,400
18      For Commodities...............................       16,200
19      For Printing..................................       14,000
20      For Equipment.................................       43,200
21      For Electronic Data Processing................       35,000
22      For Telecommunications Services...............      295,800
23      For Operation of Auto Equipment...............        5,500
24        Total                                          $8,062,800

25        Section  2.   The  sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as
26    may be necessary, is appropriated from the  Guardianship  and
27    Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for
28    services  pursuant  to  Section  5  of  the  Guardianship and
29    Advocacy Act.

 1        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
 2    July 1, 2000.
