1 AN ACT to amend the Higher Education Cooperation Act.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Higher Education Cooperation Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 220/1) (from Ch. 144, par. 281)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the "Higher Education Cooperation Act".
