1 AN ACT in relation to transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
5 Section 9.35 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 10/9.35)
7 Sec. 9.35. Expense and dislocation allowance. Instead In
8 lieu of the payments authorized to be paid under this Act,
9 the Authority may pay any person displaced from a dwelling,
10 who elects to accept the payment, an expense and dislocation
11 allowance which shall be determined according to a schedule
12 established by the Authority.
