1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4017
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4017 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 17 through 25 with the following:
4 "(2) "Mentally retarded" and "mental retardation"
5 means significantly subaverage general intellectual
6 functioning that exists concurrently with impairment in
7 adaptive behavior and that originates before the age of
8 18 years.".
