1 AN ACT to amend the Railroad Bridge Act by changing
2 Section 1.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Railroad Bridge Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1.1 as follows:
7 (610 ILCS 40/1.1) (from Ch. 114, par. 45.1)
8 Sec. 1.1. Application. This Act does not apply to
9 railroads incorporated after July 1, 1985, or to railroads
10 which are reincorporated under the Business Corporation Act
11 of 1983, as amended.
