1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Illinois Planning
2 Council on Developmental Disabilities.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1, or as much of that amount as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Planning
7 Council on Developmental Disabilities for its fiscal year
8 2001 ordinary and contingent expenses.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 2000.
