1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3117
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3117 on page 1,
3 line 12, by replacing "plan." with "plan. The contract shall
4 include, but not be limited to, terms and conditions that
5 will ensure that pharmacy providers have continuous access,
6 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to confirmation of
7 pharmaceutical benefits covered by the health care plan.";
8 and
9 on page 2 by deleting lines 1 through 5; and
10 on page 2 by inserting immediately below line 6 the
11 following:
12 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.".
