1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3106
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3106 on page 1,
3 line 9, by changing "Before" to "Within 30 days after"; and
4 on page 1, line 17, by changing "or Class" to "of Class"; and
5 on page 1 by inserting immediately below line 19 the
6 following:
7 "(c) If a company fails to provide the information as
8 required by this Section with such frequency so as to
9 indicate a practice of refusing to provide such information,
10 such failure shall constitute an unfair trade practice as
11 defined in Section 424 and subject to those hearing and
12 penalty provisions as set forth in Sections 425 through 434
13 of this Code.".
