 1        AN ACT to amend the Business Enterprise  for  Minorities,
 2    Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.   The  Business  Enterprise  for  Minorities,
 6    Females, and Persons with  Disabilities  Act  is  amended  by
 7    changing Section 9 as follows:

 8        (30 ILCS 575/9) (from Ch. 127, par. 132.609)
 9        (Section scheduled to be repealed on September 6, 1999.)
10        Sec. 9. This Act is repealed September 6, 2004 1999.

12        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
13    becoming law.
