1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1 is appropriated from the
5 General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for
6 the assessment of traffic light synchronization in high
7 traffic congested areas across the State.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 1999.
