1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $17,324,300, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund for payment to the Board of the Comprehensive Health
7 Insurance Plan pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 12 of
8 the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 1999.
