1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the
6 General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy
7 Commission for the purposes hereinafter named:
8 For Personal Services......................... $ 5,636,900
9 For Employee Retirement Contributions
10 Paid by Employer............................. 225,500
11 For State Contributions to the State
12 Employees' Retirement System ................. 552,400
13 For State Contributions to
14 Social Security.............................. 431,200
15 For Contractual Services...................... 317,900
16 For Travel.................................... 210,000
17 For Commodities............................... 13,200
18 For Printing.................................. 14,000
19 For Equipment................................. 43,200
20 For Electronic Data Processing................ 2,900
21 For Telecommunications Services............... 303,300
22 For Operation of Auto Equipment............... 5,200
23 Total $7,755,700
24 Section 2. The sum of $180,000, or so much thereof as
25 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Guardianship and
26 Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for
27 services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and
28 Advocacy Act.
29 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
30 July 1, 1999.
