 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2432,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and replacing in lieu

16        Section 29.  The sum of $200,000, or so much  thereof  as
17    may   be  necessary, is appropriated from the Hazardous Waste
18    Occupational Licensing Fund to the  Environmental  Protection
19    Agency  for  expenses  related  to the licensing of Hazardous
20    Waste Laborers and Crane and Hoisting Equipment Operators, as
21    mandated by Public Act 85-1195.

22        Section 30.  The sum of $200,000, or so much  thereof  as
23    may  be  necessary,  is  appropriated  from the Environmental
24    Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection  Agency
25    for  oversight  of site development at solid waste management
26    facilities in  accordance  with  the  purposes  specified  or
27    contributed funds.

28        Section 31.  The named amounts, or so much thereof as may
29    be   necessary,   are   appropriated   from  the  Brownfields
30    Redevelopment Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for

14    business  on  June  30,  1999, from appropriations heretofore
15    made for such purpose in Article 49, Section 45 of Public Act
16    90-0585, is reappropriated from the Anti-Pollution  Fund  for
17    deposit into the U.S. Environmental Protection Fund.

18        Section 46.  The sum of $7,005,900, or so much thereof as
19    may  be  necessary  and as remains unexpended at the close of
20    business  on  June  30,   1999,   from   appropriations   and
21    reappropriations heretofore made in Article 49, Section 47 of
22    Public Act 90-0585, is reappropriated from the Anti Pollution
23    Fund  to  the  Environmental  Protection Agency for grants to
24    units of local government for wastewater facilities, pursuant
25    to provisions of the "Anti-Pollution Bond Act."

26        Section 47.  The sum of $400,000, or so much  thereof  as
27    may  be  necessary  and  remains  unexpended  at the close of
28    business on June 30, 1999, from  reappropriations  heretofore
29    made  in  Article  49,  Section  48 of Public Act 90-0585, is
30    reappropriated from  the  Capital  Development  Fund  to  the

 2    Village of Justice for planning, construction, reconstruction
 3    and improvement of sewers.

 4        Section 48.    The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as
 5    may be necessary and as remains unexpended at  the  close  of
 6    business  on  June 30, 1999, from reappropriations heretofore
 7    made in Article 49, Section 49  of  Public  Act  90-0585,  is
 8    reappropriated  from  the  Capital  Development  Fund  to the
 9    Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the Village of
10    Green Oaks to rehabilitate and upgrade the sewer system.

11        Section 49.    The sum of $70,000, or so much thereof  as
12    may  be  necessary  and as remains unexpended at the close of
13    business on June 30,  1999,  from  appropriations  heretofore
14    made  in  Article  49,  Section  97 of Public Act 90-0585, is
15    reappropriated from  the  Capital  Development  Fund  to  the
16    Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to Crete Township
17    for construction of a new sewer system.".
