1 AN ACT to amend the State Finance Act by changing Section
2 2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
6 Section 2 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 105/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 138)
8 Sec. 2. Report or account. Whenever the constitution or
9 any statute, in term or effect, requires a report or account
10 to be made or rendered by any officer, department,
11 institution, board or commission for a year, such report or
12 account, so far as it relates to receipts and disbursements
13 of money, shall be for the preceding fiscal year, unless the
14 calendar year be expressly mentioned.
