1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State
6 Board of Education for the purpose of awarding grants to
7 school districts that offer less than full-day kindergarten
8 classes to allow them to offer full-day kindergarten classes.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 1999.
