1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Drainage Code by changing
2 Section 1-1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Drainage Code is amended by
6 changing Section 1-1 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 605/1-1) (from Ch. 42, par. 1-1)
8 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be known and cited as
9 the Illinois Drainage Code.
