1 AN ACT to amend the Clerks of Courts Act by changing
2 Section 6.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Clerks of Courts Act is amended by
6 changing Section 6 as follows:
7 (705 ILCS 105/6) (from Ch. 25, par. 6)
8 Sec. 6. Office. The clerks of the Circuit Courts shall
9 keep their offices at the court house of their respective
10 counties, and shall keep their offices open and attend to the
11 duties thereof during such hours on each day, and on such
12 days as may be ordered by the rule of the court in such
13 county, which rule may be changed from time to time as the
14 court may see fit.
