1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1326
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1326 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Illinois Highway Code."; and
5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:
7 "Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
8 changing Section 1-101 as follows:
9 (605 ILCS 5/1-101) (from Ch. 121, par. 1-101)
10 Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
11 be cited as the Illinois Highway Code.
