1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1245
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1245 on page 1,
3 line 22, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "The amount of monies paid to the State and deposited into
5 the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund shall be adjusted for
6 amounts related to claims by local political subdivisions, as
7 well as other required adjustments, as provided in the Master
8 Settlement Agreement.".
