1 AN ACT to amend the Wildlife Code by changing Section
2 1.2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing
6 Section 1.2 as follows:
7 (520 ILCS 5/1.2) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2)
8 Sec. 1.2. Administration; definitions. This Act shall
9 be administered by and under the direction of the Department
10 of Natural Resources. As used in this Act, unless the
11 context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Sections
12 following this Section and preceding Section 1.3 1.2a through
13 1.2t have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
