91_HB0847eng HB0847 Engrossed LRB9103680PTpk 1 AN ACT to amend the Service Use Tax Act by changing 2 Section 10a. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Service Use Tax Act is amended by 6 changing Section 10a as follows: 7 (35 ILCS 110/10a) (from Ch. 120, par. 439.40a) 8 Sec. 10a. Bond. Notwithstanding any other provision to 9 the contrary, any person who is required to file a bond 10 pursuant to any provision of this Act and who has 11 continuously complied with all provisions of this Act for 24 12 or more consecutive months, shall no longer be required to 13 comply with the bonding provisions of this Act so long as 14 such person continues his or her compliance with the 15 provisions of this Act. 16 (Source: P.A. 84-1408.)
