1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 845
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 845 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 9 and 10 with "published in the district or,
4 if there is no newspaper published in the district, in a
5 newspaper published in the county and having general
6 circulation in such district., or If no such newspaper is
7 published in the district or county therein, by"; and
8 on page 2, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with "publication in
9 a daily or weekly newspaper published in the district or, if
10 there is no newspaper published in the district, in a
11 newspaper published in the county and having general
12 circulation in the district, and the board may reject"; and
13 on page 5, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with "at least once
14 in one or more newspapers published within the sanitary
15 district or, if there is no newspaper published in the
16 district, in a newspaper published in the county and having
