1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Environmental
2 Protection Agency.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,949,911, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated for State fiscal year 1999
7 from the General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection
8 Agency for funding Illinois' participation in the Great Lakes
9 Protection Fund.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
