1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Commerce and Community Affairs.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
7 Commerce and Community Affairs for a grant to the Village of
8 Thomson for infrastructure needs associated with the location
9 of a new Department of Corrections facility in Carroll
10 County.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1999.
