1 AN ACT to amend the Community Mental Health Act by
2 changing Section 0.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Community Mental Health Act is amended by
6 changing Section 0.1 as follows:
7 (405 ILCS 20/0.1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 300.1)
8 Sec. 0.1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
9 "Community Mental Health Act".
