1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the City of Olney for
6 all costs associated with the acquisition, development, and
7 construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated water tower.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 1999.
