7 on page 2, line 18, by changing "or" to ",";and
8 on page 2, line 19, by inserting ", containers, or storage
9 facilities" after "equipment"; and
10 on page 2, by replacing line 21 with the following:
11 "ammonia equipment, containers, or storage facilities.
12 For purposes of this Section:
13 "Anhydrous"; and
14 on page 2, by inserting between lines 23 and 24 the
15 following:
16 ""Anhydrous ammonia equipment", "anhydrous ammonia
17 storage containers", and "anhydrous ammonia storage
18 facilities" are defined in the rules adopted under the
19 Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961."; and
20 on page 2, line 29, by inserting ", containers, or storage
21 facilities" after "equipment"; and
