1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $150,000, or as much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
6 of Transportation from the Road Fund for the City of Chicago
7 for new traffic signals at the intersection of U.S. Route 41
8 and Glenwood Avenue in the City of Chicago.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 1999.
