1 AN ACT to amend the Children and Family Services Act by
2 adding Section 2.2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is
6 amended by adding Section 2.2 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 505/2.2 new)
8 Sec. 2.2. Sensitivity training. The Department shall
9 provide sensitivity training with respect to dealing with
10 clients of the Department to all caseworkers and other
11 employees who have direct contact with clients.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
