1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 133
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 133 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the State Employees Group Insurance Act
5 of 1971."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The State Employees Group Insurance Act of
9 1971 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
10 (5 ILCS 375/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 521)
11 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
12 cited as the "State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971".
