HMO-PREMATURE-DISCHARGE                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Health  Maintenance  Organization  Act.  Prohibits  a      
   health maintenance organization from requiring a neonatal physician to      
   discharge a premature infant solely because the infant has the ability      
   to breathe without assistance.
