Provides that for teachers who have not entered upon contractual continued service, tenure, or permanent appointment status before the amendatory Act's effective date, the length of probationary periods and entry upon contractual continued service, tenure, or permanent appointment status shall no longer be determined under the School Code but instead shall be determined by the school board, subject to any contract or collective bargaining agreement entered into by the school board with the teacher or the collective bargaining representative of the teachers employed by the district.
