Short description: ST BUDGET-IDOT AIRPORT ITEMS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and the State Finance Act. Beginning with the fiscal year 1999 budget, requires that the State budget contain separate line items for each expenditure related to the development of a South Suburban Airport appropriated to the Department of Transportation. Prohibits transfers among those line item appropriations. Effective immediately.
