Provides that an employer to whom this Act applies must pay an employee's net pay to the employee in the form of a check or other negotiable instrument made payable to the employee or by direct deposit into an employee's account in a financial institution. Provides that no employer may pay an employee's net pay to the employee in the form of currency. Provides that violation is a Class A misdemeanor. Exempts payments to workers who receive pay each day they work and payments to an employee whose weekly net pay is less than $100.
