House Sponsors: BOLAND. Short description: MUNI CD-TREASURER REPORTS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that treasurers in municipalities with a population less than 500,000 may list in their annual account of moneys the compensation for personnel services by stated categories. Provides that a municipality may authorize the publication of an annual financial report instead of the annual account of moneys and provides that the publication shall include that a copy of the complete financial statement or annual financial report may be inspected at the clerk's office. Subjects the report to the same filing requirements as the annual account of moneys.
