DISSOLUTION-INTERIM ATTY FEES                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Marriage and  Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act.      
   Provides  that interim attorney's fees and costs may not be awarded in      
   any proceeding brought after the entry of a judgment of dissolution of      
   marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage.                          
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Provides that the prohibition of post-judgment interim attorney's      
   fees and costs does not apply to a proceeding to enforce an  order  or      
   judgment  for  payment  of  maintenance or child support or to enforce      
   provisions relating to court-ordered visitation.
